The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) is a paid internship for CEO participants interested in advancing their careers. ELP members work on a team at CEO to build skills and confidence over a 12 week period. Many ELP members work supporting the office staff or site supervisors - but others work in areas like IT, Advocacy, Human Resources, or Executive Support. Along with the work experience, ELP members are paired with a mentor and participate in weekly professional development with others in their cohort. Most ELP members get hired into jobs related to their training - some are employed full-time at CEO while others find great jobs at other organizations.
