Our SLA program provides an 8-week Pre-Apprenticeship Training designed to give you hands-on experience in the fast-growing field of green infrastructure within the Construction and Landscaping industry. Build valuable skills, boost your job readiness, and take the first step toward a successful future in green careers!
All participants must be justice-involved, have valid work authorization, and be enrolled in CEO LA’s program and complete a Job Start Ready assessment. CEO's program starts with a paid 2–3 day orientation, offered multiple times each month, which helps participants gather required documentation, confirm eligibility for supportive services, and complete basic safety training. After orientation, participants will be able to earn income working on CEO's transitional work crews and be supported in applying to the Careers for Change HRTP.
